Monthly Earned Leave refers to the leave that employees earn every month based on company policy. You can configure it under the Leave Type settings by enabling “Earned Leave” and defining the monthly accrual rate. Frappe HR will automatically add earned leaves to the employee’s balance at the end of each month.
