Pricing Rules

Pricing Rules allow you to automatically apply discounts, promotional pricing, and product offers based on predefined conditions. They help create targeted pricing strategies without manually adjusting prices on every invoice.

You can configure Pricing Rules using conditions such as item quantity, order value, validity period, or specific products, making it easy to manage promotional campaigns and customer offers.

Tip

Pricing Rules are applied automatically when their conditions are met, reducing manual pricing adjustments during invoicing.

Common Use Cases

Pricing Rules can be used for a variety of promotional scenarios, including:

  • Quantity Discounts – Offer discounts when customers purchase a minimum quantity of an item.
  • Buy One Get One (BOGO) – Reward customers with free or discounted products.
  • Tiered Pricing – Apply different pricing based on the total order value.
  • Early Bird Discounts – Provide discounts during a specified promotional period.
