Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a quick overview of your business performance by displaying key financial insights such as Cash Flow, Profit and Loss, Pending Payments, and Top Expenses.
You can access the Dashboard anytime from the sidebar to monitor your company’s financial health and track important business metrics.
Tip
The Dashboard automatically summarizes your accounting data, making it easy to monitor cash movement, profitability, receivables, payables, and expenses from a single screen.
Dashboard Sections
The Dashboard consists of the following financial widgets:
- Cash Flow
- Pending Payments
- Profit and Loss
- Top Expenses
Period Selector
Every section on the Dashboard includes a Period Selector. By default, it displays data for This Year. You can switch between different time periods to analyze your business performance.

Note
The Cash Flow and Profit and Loss charts do not support the This Month filter.
Cash Flow
The Cash Flow chart displays the total amount of money flowing into and out of your business during the selected period. It helps you understand how cash moves through your company over time.
Calculation
The Cash Flow chart is generated using balances from your Cash and Bank accounts.
Tip
Hover over any month in the chart to view the corresponding Cash Inflow and Cash Outflow values.
Pending Payments
The Pending Payments section summarizes outstanding receivables and payables based on your invoices.
- Sales Invoices display the amount customers still owe your business.
- Purchase Invoices display the amount your business still owes suppliers.
Tip
Hover over the chart to see the total number of Paid and Unpaid invoices.
Profit and Loss
The Profit and Loss chart shows your business profit or loss for each month within the selected period, making it easier to identify financial trends over time.
Calculation
Profit and Loss is calculated as the difference between your Income and Expense accounts.
Tip
Hover over a month’s bar to view the exact Profit or Loss value for that period.
Top Expenses
The Top Expenses section lists your five highest expense categories for the selected period. This helps you quickly identify where your business spends the most money.
Calculation
The Top Expenses chart is generated using balances from your Expense accounts.
