Leads

A Lead represents a potential customer or client who has shown interest in your products or services. Managing Leads helps you track prospects from their first interaction until they become customers.

As a Lead progresses through your sales process, its status is updated to reflect the current stage of engagement.

Tip

Keep the Lead status updated regularly to maintain an accurate sales pipeline and simplify follow-ups.
