Assignments

Assignments allow instructors to evaluate learners through file uploads, written responses, or URLs. They can be added to both Courses and Batches, making them suitable for self-paced learning as well as instructor-led training.

Create an Assignment

To create a new assignment:

1. Navigate to Assignments from the sidebar.
2. Click the + Create button.
3. Complete the assignment details.
4. Click Save.

Assignment Fields

Title

Provide a descriptive name that clearly identifies the assignment.

Type

Select the type of submission learners are allowed to provide.

• PDF – Upload PDF documents.
• Image – Submit image files.
• Document – Upload document files such as Word documents.
• URL – Submit a website or project link.
• Text – Enter a written response directly in the portal.

Question

Enter the assignment instructions or question that learners need to complete.

Using Assignments

Once created, assignments can be added as interactive blocks inside lessons or associated with batches for instructor-led learning.

Review and Grade Submissions

Each assignment includes a Submission List that displays all learner submissions.

From the Submission List, instructors can:

• View the learner’s submitted answer or attachment.
• Review the original assignment question.
• Evaluate each submission individually.
• Provide comments and feedback.
• Mark the submission as Pass or Fail.

Student Feedback

After grading, learners can view:

• The grading status.
• Instructor comments.
• Whether the submission has passed or failed.
