Customizing Your Learning Portal
Frappe Learning allows you to customize the appearance of your Learning Portal so it reflects your organization’s branding and provides a familiar experience for your learners.
Branding Settings
Open Settings and navigate to the Branding section to personalize the visual identity of your Learning Portal.
Brand Name
Specify the name of your organization or learning platform. This name is displayed in the sidebar header throughout the Learning Portal.
Logo
Upload your organization’s logo to replace the default branding. The logo appears in the Learning Portal sidebar and helps create a consistent brand experience.
Favicon
Upload a favicon to display your organization’s icon in the browser tab, making your Learning Portal easier to recognize when multiple tabs are open.
Using your organization’s name, logo, and favicon creates a more professional learning environment and helps reinforce your brand identity for learners.
Customizing the Sidebar
The sidebar can be configured to display only the navigation items that are relevant to your learners.
Menu Links
Go to Settings → Sidebar to choose which default navigation links should appear in the Learning Portal sidebar. This helps simplify navigation and keeps the interface focused on the features your users need.
Custom Links
Using the More button configuration in the Sidebar settings, you can add your own custom links to external websites or internal resources.
For example, you can add links to:
- Your organization’s website.
- Knowledge base or documentation.
- Support portal.
- Community forum.
- Privacy policy or terms of service.
