Pinned Views

Pinned Views provide quick access to your most frequently used Saved Views by displaying them directly in the sidebar. Instead of opening the view selector each time, you can access your preferred list configurations with a single click.

Pinned Views are ideal for lists you use every day, such as your open deals, high-priority leads, or tasks due this week.

Note

Only existing Saved Views can be pinned. If you haven’t created one yet, create a Saved View before pinning it.

Why Use Pinned Views?

Pinned Views eliminate the need to repeatedly search for frequently used list configurations. They make it easier to switch between important views while working in the CRM.

Typical examples include:

  • My Open Leads
  • Deals Closing This Month
  • High Priority Tasks
  • Enterprise Customers
  • Today’s Follow-ups

Pin a Saved View

To pin a Saved View:

  1. Create a Saved View, or open an existing one.
  2. Open the List view dropdown.
  3. Locate the view you want to pin.
  4. Click the three-dot menu next to the view.
  5. Select Pin View.

The selected view is immediately added to the Pinned Views section in the sidebar.

Quick Access

Pinned Views remain available in the sidebar, allowing you to open commonly used lists without navigating through the Saved Views menu.

Access Pinned Views

Once a view has been pinned, it appears under the Pinned Views section in the sidebar.

Simply click the view name to instantly open the saved filters, sorting, and column configuration.

Unpin a View

If you no longer need quick access to a view, you can remove it from the sidebar without deleting the Saved View.

  1. Open the List view dropdown.
  2. Locate the pinned view.
  3. Click the three-dot menu.
  4. Select Unpin View.

The view is removed from the sidebar but remains available as a regular Saved View.

Best Practices

  • Pin only the views you use regularly to keep the sidebar organized.
  • Use descriptive names for Saved Views before pinning them.
  • Review your pinned views periodically and remove ones you no longer use.
  • Create separate pinned views for different workflows, such as lead management, deal tracking, and task monitoring.

Tip

Pinning a view does not create a copy or modify it. It simply adds a shortcut to the sidebar, making your existing Saved View easier to access.
