Frappe CRM provides a mobile-friendly experience through a Progressive Web App (PWA). With the PWA, you can access CRM features directly from your smartphone or tablet without installing a traditional mobile application from an app store.

The mobile app provides the same CRM experience while allowing you to quickly access Leads, Deals, and other CRM information from anywhere.

How to Install Frappe CRM Mobile App

Follow these steps to install the Frappe CRM PWA on your mobile device.

Open the App URL

Open your mobile browser and navigate to your Frappe CRM website URL.

Replace <sitename> with your actual Frappe CRM site address:

https://<sitename>/crm

Example

If your Frappe CRM website is:

https://frappecrm.frappe.cloud

Your mobile app URL will be:

https://frappecrm.frappe.cloud/crm

Install on Android (Chrome)

1. Open the Frappe CRM URL in Google Chrome.
2. Chrome will display an option to install the app.
3. If the installation prompt does not appear, tap the three-dot menu in Chrome.
4. Select Install app from the available options.
5. Tap Install and wait for the installation to complete.
6. The Frappe CRM app icon will appear in your device applications.
7. Open the app and log in using your Frappe CRM site credentials.

Install on iOS (Safari)

1. Open the Frappe CRM URL using Safari.
2. Tap the Share button in Safari.
3. Scroll through the available options and select Add to Home Screen.
4. If the option is not visible, tap Edit Actions and enable Add to Home Screen.
5. Tap Add to complete the installation.
6. The Frappe CRM icon will appear on your home screen.
7. Open the app and log in using your site credentials.
