Disable Your Frappe Cloud Account

If you no longer want to use Frappe Cloud, you can disable your account from the dashboard. Before doing so, make sure you have removed all active resources to avoid unnecessary charges or suspended services.

Important

Before disabling your account, delete all active sites and servers. Disabling your account without removing these resources may result in unexpected billing or suspended services.

Disable Your Account

  1. Sign in to your Frappe Cloud dashboard.
  2. Delete all sites and servers associated with your account.
  3. Click Settings from the top navigation bar.
  4. Under the Team Actions section, click Disable Account.
  5. Review the confirmation message and click Confirm to disable your account.

What Happens After Disabling Your Account?

Once your account is disabled:

  • All your sites are suspended.
  • You cannot create new sites or servers.
  • Billing for your account is paused.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Download any required backups before deleting your sites.
  • Ensure there are no active servers or sites remaining before disabling your account.
  • If you plan to use Frappe Cloud again in the future, you can create a new account or contact support for assistance.

Note

Frappe Cloud is not responsible for refunds if your account is disabled without first deleting your sites and servers. Always remove all active resources before closing your account.
