Team Notification Settings

Frappe Cloud allows you to configure team-level notification settings so that alerts are delivered to the appropriate recipients through the correct notification channels.

Access Notification Settings

To manage your team’s notification preferences:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to the Profile section.
3. Under Notification Settings, click Manage.

This opens the Notification Configuration page where you can create and manage notification rules for your team.

Configure Notifications

The Notification Configuration screen allows you to define how notifications are delivered for different event types.

You can create separate notification rules for categories such as:

• Billing notifications
• Incident notifications
• General notifications
• Other supported notification types

Each notification type can be configured independently, allowing different teams or individuals to receive specific alerts.

Notification Delivery Flow

Frappe Cloud determines the notification recipient using a top-down hierarchy.

1. 1. Check whether a configuration exists for the specific notification type (for example, Billing or Incident).
   2. If no specific configuration is found, use the General notification configuration.
   3. If the General configuration is also unavailable, use the Team-level notification configuration as the fallback.
