Adding Funds via Wire Transfer
If you are unable to add a payment card or experience issues with card payments, you can add funds to your Frappe Cloud account using a wire transfer.
Minimum Transfer Amount
The minimum amount for a wire transfer is:
- ₹25,000 for customers in India.
- USD 300 for customers outside India.
The transferred amount will be added to your account balance and will be deducted based on your usage.
After Completing the Transfer
Once the payment has been made, open a support ticket and include the following payment details:
- Reference Number
- Payment Amount
- Any other relevant transaction details
