Logging in to Frappe Cloud from Your Site
If your site was created through the Frappe Cloud SaaS signup flow, you can securely log in to your Frappe Cloud account directly from the Desk interface without entering your credentials again.
Important
This feature is available only for sites created using the Frappe Cloud SaaS signup flow (for example, through the ERPNext signup page on Frappe Cloud).
Step 1: Open Your Site
Log in to your Frappe site and open the Desk interface.
Step 2: Start the Login Process
Open the user menu and click Login to Frappe Cloud.
This initiates a secure login request between your site and Frappe Cloud.
Step 3: Wait for Verification
After a few seconds, a verification dialog appears requesting a one-time verification code.
Keep this dialog open while retrieving the verification code.
Step 4: Check Your Email
Frappe Cloud sends a verification email to your registered email address.
Open the email and copy the verification code.
Step 5: Verify Your Identity
Return to the verification dialog, paste the verification code into the input field, and click Verify.
Step 6: Access Frappe Cloud
After successful verification, you’ll be automatically redirected to your Frappe Cloud dashboard.
Your site will also display a Login Successful confirmation banner.
Troubleshooting Blocked Redirects
Some browsers may block automatic pop-up windows or redirects, preventing the dashboard from opening automatically.
If this happens, you can use either of the following methods:
- Click the Click Here to Login link displayed in the verification dialog.
- If your browser displays a popup-blocked notification, allow the popup or select the option to open the blocked Frappe Cloud page.
The exact wording of the popup notification may vary depending on your browser. For example, Firefox displays an option to open the blocked page directly.
Tip
If automatic redirection doesn’t work, allowing popups for your Frappe site or using the manual login link will complete the sign-in process successfully.
