Log Browser
Log Browser is a handy tool to debug what has happened in your site or bench. It allows you to view, filter, search, and analyze logs generated within your Frappe environment.
Log Browser Modes
Log Browser provides two modes for viewing logs:
- Site Mode: In this mode, you can view and browse through the logs generated by a specific site.
- Bench Mode: In this mode, you can view and browse through the logs generated by a bench (not a bench group).
Steps to Use the Log Browser
- Select the required mode from the dropdown.
- Select the site or bench you want to view logs from using the dropdown available in the top-right corner.
- Select the log file you want to view from the available log list.
- Use the filter, sort, and search options to find the required information from the log file.
Note
Currently, merged rotated log files are not supported in the Log Browser.
