Site Suspension Policy
Frappe Cloud may suspend your site if it exceeds the limits of your subscribed plan or if there are unpaid invoices. The following sections explain both scenarios and how to avoid suspension.
Site Suspension for Exceeding Plan Usage
Effective Date
This policy is effective from 16th June, 2025.
If your site exceeds the limits of your subscribed plan, either due to disk space or database usage, you will receive a notification.
Your site’s usage will continue to be monitored for the next 14 days, during which daily reminder notifications will be sent.
- If your usage returns within the plan limits during the monitoring period, the notifications will stop.
- If the usage remains above the allowed limit and the plan is not upgraded, your site will be automatically suspended after 14 days.
How to Avoid Suspension
You can prevent site suspension by taking one of the following actions:
- Reduce your site’s storage usage so it fits within your current plan.
- Upgrade to a plan that supports your current storage or database usage.
Reactivation
Your site will be reactivated once it complies with the limits of your subscribed plan.
Site Suspension for Unpaid Invoices
Please ensure that all outstanding invoices are paid before the 15th of each month.
If payment is not received by this date, your site may be suspended on the 16th of the month.
Important
Keeping your account within plan limits and paying invoices on time helps prevent service interruptions due to automatic site suspension.
