Appraisal Overview Report in Frappe HR: Reviewing Cycle Performance
The Appraisal Overview Report gives you a consolidated view of all appraisals in a cycle. Instead of opening each employee’s Appraisal one by one, you see everyone’s scores side by side making it the practical tool for comparing performance and wrapping up a review round.
You will find it under Home > Human Resources > Performance, in the reports area.
What the report shows
For the employees in an appraisal cycle, the report lays out their appraisal scores together typically the goal score, self-appraisal score, feedback score, and the overall total alongside details like department and designation. Because it reads from the actual Appraisal documents, what you see matches each employee’s real review.
How to use it
- Open the Appraisal Overview Report.
- Filter by Appraisal Cycle, and narrow further by Company, Department, or other fields as needed.
- Review the rows of employees and their scores.
- Export the report if you need it for calibration meetings or records.
TIP
Use this report in your performance calibration discussions. Seeing the whole cycle’s scores together makes it easy to spot top performers, flag anyone who may need support, and keep ratings consistent across teams before reviews are finalised.
