Purpose of Quality Meetings
Quality Meetings are conducted to systematically review all quality-related records such as reviews, actions, and feedback. The primary objective is to assess quality performance, identify recurring issues, and ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive measures are being implemented.
The minutes of these meetings serve as an official record of discussions and decisions made regarding quality management activities.

How to Create a Quality Meeting
Step 1: Create a New Meeting
Open the Quality Meeting list and click New.
Step 2: Define the Agenda
Enter the Agenda for the meeting, which outlines the sequence of topics or activities to be discussed.
The agenda helps structure the meeting and ensures that all relevant quality topics are addressed in an organized manner.
Step 3: Record Meeting Minutes
In the Minutes table, document the key discussions and outcomes of the meeting.
For each entry, link the relevant quality records such as:
- Quality Reviews
- Quality Actions
- Quality Feedback
This ensures that all discussions are traceable to their respective quality documents.
Step 4: Save the Meeting
After documenting the agenda and minutes, save the Quality Meeting to record it officially in the system.
Meeting Status
The Status field is used to track the progress of the meeting.
Once all agenda items have been discussed and the meeting is completed, the status can be updated to Closed.
Updating the meeting status ensures proper tracking of completed and ongoing quality discussions within the organization.
