Supported Languages

How to Contribute Translations
- Open the Translation Tool from the Awesome Bar.
- Select the language you want to contribute to.
- Choose a source message from the left panel.
- Enter your translated text in the Translated Text field.
- Click Suggest to submit the translation.
- Repeat the process for additional source messages.
- Once finished, click Contribute Translations.
- Monitor the status of your submissions in the Contributed Translations section.
You can contribute as many translations as you like in a single session before submitting them for review.
Translation Review Process
Every submitted translation goes through a verification process before becoming part of ERPNext.
- Your translation is submitted for review.
- A member of the Frappe team or community evaluates its accuracy.
- If approved, the translation is marked as Verified.
- If inaccurate, the translation is rejected and can be improved later.
- Verified translations are periodically included in pull requests and merged into the project.
Verified translations are typically collected and added to ERPNext through scheduled pull requests, ensuring only reviewed translations become part of the official project.
Become a Translation Verifier
Experienced contributors can help improve translation quality by reviewing submissions from other community members.
To become a translation verifier:
- Sign up on the ERPNext translation portal.
- Review contributed translations submitted by the community.
- Verify accurate translations or reject incorrect ones.
- Help improve the quality and consistency of ERPNext localization.
